Section 10(2) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(2)Subject to any guidelines that the Board may frame, all moneys at the credit of the Board shall be kept in the State Bank of India or in any Nationalised Bank as the Board may decide.
