1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court against her transfer from Government Girls Secondary School, Pilibanga to Government Secondary School, Jakhrawali vide order Annex-P/1 dated 30.08.2010. Against the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has submitted representations twice on 10.09.2010 and 15.09.2010 before the respondents but same have not been decided till today.

3. Considering the submissions made at the bar, it is considered expedient to direct the respondents-competent authority to decide the representation filed by the petitioner by speaking order dealing with the relevant facts and circumstances of the case within a period of four weeks from today. It is only after such speaking order is Item No. 20, DJ/-

SBCWP NO. 8988/2010

Smt. Usha Rani Vs. State of Raj. & Ors.

Order dt: 04th October, 2010 2/2 passed and the same is adverse to the petitioners that the petitioners is free to avail her legal remedy.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be sent to the respondents forthwith.
