(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this appeal. The case of the appellant is that he has already gone back on his undertaking to deposit the amount of Rs.2.75 crores, for which an affidavit has been filed before the learned Single Judge. The matter has been re-notified by the learned Single Judge on 13.04.2016. We are, thus, of the view that it will be for the learned Single Judge to pass the final order on the application on the basis of submissions of the parties and this is not a stage for intervention.
2.Original Side Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.8303 of 2016 also stands dismissed.
