Section 3(3) in The Indian Electricity Rules, 1956
(3)No person shall be deemed to be authorised under sub-rule (1) unless his name has been entered in a list maintained at the office or premises of the person authorising him, and giving the purpose for which such person is authorised and the entry has been attested by the authorised person and the person authorising him.
