Section 20(1) in Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on dumped Articles for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995
(1)The anti-dumping duty levied under rule 13 and rule 19 shall take effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
