17. Duplicate certificate.
- A duplicate of any certificate granted under Section 7 or Section 8 which for the time being in force shall be granted by the Chief Inspector on the application of the owner of the economiser if the Chief Inspector is satisfied that the duplicate required for a bona fide purpose and the fee prescribed under Rule 23 is paid.[18.
