266J. [ Training and Research Programmes of Institute of Local Government and Urban Studies. [Chapter XXA containing sections 266A to 266M inserted by West Bengal Act 9 of 1994.]
(1)The State Government may require the Corporation to participate in such training and research programmes as may be organised by the Institute of Local Government and Urban Studies from time to time in aid of the Corporation functionaries and personnel.](2)It shall be obligatory on the part of the Corporation to furnish such papers, reports, documents, information, data and statistics as may be called for by the Institute of Local Government and Urban Studies from time to time.
