FINAL ORDER
FACTS:
1. The appellant sought information relating to representations made to the Director of Postal Service, and action taken along with a copy of the verification reports regarding fake certificates of applicants. The PIO provided information on one point, and forwarded the application to the CPIO for west division for furnishing the information. The FAA observed that the information has already been provided to the appellant, but nonetheless directed the PIO to send a copy of the information once again. The appellant contends that no clear information for points 2,3 and 5 has been provided and no information under point 4 has been provided.
Decision :
2. The Commission directs the respondent authority to provide information on the points 2,3,4, and 5 of RTI application to the appellant, within 15 days from date of receipt of this order. Disposed of.
