Heard Mr. Siddharth Harsh, learned counsel for the review petitioners as also Mr. Kumar Gaurav for the opposite parties.

2. The present application has been filed:

against the order dated 19/09/2017 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mungeshwar Sahoo in C.W.J.C. No. 20819 of 2013, where- under and whereby this Hon'ble Court was pleased to allow the writ application whereby order of the learned Court below rejecting the application of the Plaintiff/Respondent under Section 15 of the BBC Act was set aside.

3. Let the two opposite parties file their respective affidavits in next six weeks which shall be followed by filing of the reply to the said affidavit by the petitioners.

4. List this case on 18.09.2025.
