Section 1 in Assam Ease of Doing Business Act, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Assam Ease of Doing Business Act, 2016.(2)It extends to the whole of Assam.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of February, 2016.
