Section 35(1) in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi (Mandi Samiti Ka Nirvachan) Rules, 1997
(1)Immediately after expiry of period within which the candidature may be withdrawn under Rule 26, the Returning Officer shall prepare a list of contesting candidates, that is to say, candidates whose nomination papers have been finally accepted and who have not withdrawn their candidature within the specified period, in Form Nos. 11,12 and 13.
