Section 157(1) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(1)An application for pension [***] [Omitted & Inserted by S.R.O. 238, dated 21st June, 1977] shall be submitted as soon as possible after the occurrence of the casualty which gives rise to the claim.
