Section 7 in The Rajasthan Land Revenue (Surcharge) Act, 1960
7. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may by order, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the purpose of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing such difficulty.
