Section 35(1) in Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2005
(1)Any authority of the University, may, make regulations, consistent with this Act and the statutes for -(a)laying down the procedure to be observed at its meeting and the number of members required to form a quorum;(b)providing for all matters, which by this Act and the statutes, are to be provided for by the regulations; and(c)providing for any other matter, solely concerning the authority and not provided by this Act and the statutes.
