147. Specification of periodical payments:
- Where the periodical payments are directed, the decree or order shall specify the date of the first payment, and the day of each month or year on which the subsequent payments are to be made, as in paragraph 5 of Form No. 2 of Appendix III-D [**] [Vide Pt. 11 of Vol. II for Forms, vide Appendix III-A of Pt. 11, Vol.-11.]
