                                                           ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has filed a report. It shows that the encroachments have been removed by the respondents

2.Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner would however, submit that one encroachment has been left out. The Advocate Commissioner would state that the encroacher has produced a de-patta standing in her name and hence, the occupation by her cannot be treated as an encroachment.

3.In view of the substantial compliance of the order, this Contempt Petition is closed.

4.The 2nd respondent will pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner as additional remuneration within 10 days from today.
