Section 9(2) in The Rajasthan Land Revenue (Conversion of Agricultural Land for Non-Agricultural Purposes in Rural Areas) Rules, 1992
(2)If a person, to whom land has been allotted under any Rules framed under the Act before the commencement of these Rules for any specific non-agricultural purpose, intends to use if for any other non-agricultural purpose, he shall submit an application to the prescribed authority in Form-C and shall deposit the premium as prescribed under these Rules.
