Section 11(1) in Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Special Licence for more than One Market Areas) Rules, 2007
(1)has obtained licence through wilful mis-representation or fraud; or any person acting on his behalf, commits a breach or contravenes any of the terms conditions of the licence; or
