Section 7(1C) in The Board of the Trust Regulations, 2001
(1C)The organization shall also have registration with the respective State Government or Union territory, as the case may be, under the provisions of the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016) and shall also be registered with NGO DARPAN portal of the National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog).
