Section 15(B) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002
(B)the Finance Committee shall-(i)act as advisory body in all matter relating to the finances of the Board;(ii)prepare the annual Budget of income and expenditure and submit it to the Board for its approval; and(iii)perform such other functions as may be prescribed or delegated to it by the Board;
