Section 16 in Arunachal Pradesh Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 2014

16. Protection of action taken in good faith.

- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any officer of the State Government or any other person, for anything done in good faith or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act.
