Section 135(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974
(1)Nothing in the Registration Act, 1908 shall be deemed to require the registration of any document, plan or map prepared, made or sanctioned in connection with a Development Plan or town planning scheme under this Act.
