Section 16 in The Indian Red Cross Society (Bengal Branch) Act, 1920
16. Vice-Chairman. - The Managing Body shall every year, at the first meeting held after the annual general meeting of the Society, elect from among themselves a Vice-Chairman, who in the absence of the Chairman shall conduct the duties of the Chairman and exercise his power.
