(1)No appeal shall lie - (a) from an order admitting an appeal or application for review on the ground specified in section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 (Central Act IX of 1908), or(b)from an order rejecting an application for revision or review, or(c)from an order which is expressly declared by this Act to be final, or(d)by the from an interim order.
