                     Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for
                     issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records
                     comprised in the records of the resolution passed on 17.11.2015 at the 52nd
                     Equivalence Committee of the fifth respondent and the consequential G.O.
                     (Ms) No.2 Higher Education (K2) Department dated 05.01.2016 passed by
                     the first respondent and quash the same in so far as they relate to the
                     petitioner University as being arbitrary, illegal, irrational and without
                     application of mind, besides being violative of the principles of natural justice
                     and consequently direct the second respondent Board to re-conduct the
                     Certificate Verification process in respect or the Tamil Nadu Teacher
                     Eligibility Test – 2017 in respect of the candidates those who have obtained

                     27.04.2017.
