Section 17(c) in The M.P. Live-Stock Improvement Act, 1950
(c)neglects or fails to comply with tin order served under Section 9; shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees and in the case of a second or any subsequent offence with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
