- Every copy shall bear an endorsement showing the following particulars:-(a)the number of the application on the register and the year;(b)the date or presentation of application;(c)number of words copied;(d)amount of copying fees;(e)name of copyist;(f)date fixed for issue of copy;(g)date on which copy was ready;(h)date of issue of notice to applicant (if issued);(i)date of delivery/posting.
