Section 11(4) in The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Rules, 2004
(4)Nomination shall be received by the Election officer at a notified time and place. He shall provide a duly numbered receipt thereof. He may take the assistance of the Sports Association whose elections he is conducting.
