Section 53(4)(ii) in The M.P. Swayatta Sahakarita Adhiniyam, 1999

(ii)within a period of fifteen days from the date of expiry' of the period mentioned in sub-section (3) communicate the reasons for the non-completion of the inquiry along with the period not exceeding thirty days which is likely to be taken for completion of inquiry in case the inquiry cannot be completed within the period mentioned in sub-section (3)-
