- Whoever assembles with others or joins any assembly in a street assembled for the purpose of gaming or wagering shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees or may be released after a due admonition] [Sub-sections (IA), (IB) and (1C) were inserted, by Bombay 20 of 1953, section 14 (2).].
