Section 123(1) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(1)There shall be placed to the credit of the Municipal Fund in the Commercial Projects Account—(a)the receipts on account of the commercial projects of the. Corporation; and(b)such sum as may be transferred in each year by the Corporation from the General Account.
