Section 46(2) in Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
(2)When a child is cured of the disease or physical or mental health problems, the Committee or Board may, order the child to be placed back in the care of a child care institution, fit person or fit facility institution from where the child was removed for treatment and if the child is still liable to stay. If the child is no longer liable to be kept under the care in an institution, fit person or fi t facility, the Committee or Board may order him to be discharged.
