The present Miscellaneous Application has been filed by the respondents making therein a prayer for extension of a month's time to implement the order dated 07.09.2021 passed by this Tribunal in Original Application No. 27/2020.
2. Prayer made in the miscellaneous application has been vehemently opposed by Shri K Hanifa, learned counsel for the original applicant.
3. However, in the interest of justice, a month's more time from today is granted to the respondents to implement the order dated 07.09.2021 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 27/2020. Miscellaneous Application No.430/2021 stands disposed of accordingly.
