Section 5(1)(d) in The Rajasthan Intoxicating Spirituous Preparations, Import, Export, Transport, Possession and Sales Rules, 1989

(d)A private medical practitioner may keep in his possession at any time such intoxicating spirituous preparations as mentioned in his Drug licence to the extent of 900 ml. of each preparation for the purpose of dispensing his own prescriptions;
