Section 6(2) in Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University Act, 2014
(2)It shall not be lawful for the University to impose on any person any test whatsoever relating to religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth in order to entitle him to hold any post or any office in the University or to enjoy or exercise any privileges of the University or benefactions thereof.
