Learned Senior counsel press I.A. No.11767/2019 for amendment in the petition. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of t h is amendment, the petitioner seeks to strengthen the legal grounds. Although, certain legal grounds are already there in the petition, in order to elaborate and strengthen it, present amendment application is filed.
Shri Sanjay Lal, learned counsel for the respondents opposed the said amendment application. However, he fairly submits that pure legal grounds raised in the amendment application can be permitted to be raised during oral arguments.
In view of aforesaid, we deem it proper to permit the petitioner to raise legal grounds enumerated in the amendment application during the course of hearing. I.A. No.11767/2019 is accordingly disposed of.
Learned Senior Counsel prays for time to argue on pending application for vacation of stay.
Prayer is opposed by Shri Lal, learned counsel for the respondents. However, in the interest of justice, list the case on 17th December, 2019 for orders on pending I.A. for vacation stay/final disposal.
I.R. shall remain in operation till the next date of hearing.
