Section 171(2) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(2)Where an order is made under sub-section (1), a copy thereof, with a statement of the reasons for making it, shall forthwith be forwarded to the State Government which may, after calling for an explanation from the Board and considering the explanation (if any) made by it, rescind, modify or confirm the order.
