Section 25(1) in The Maharashtra Management of Irrigation Systems by Farmers Act, 2005
(1)The Water Users' Association in the areas under the Management of Irrigation Systems by Farmers shall have the freedom of recycling the water, at its own cost, for irrigation:Provided that, there shall not be any extra charge to be paid to the Appropriate Authority for such recycling.
