Section 43(1) in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
(1)The Board shall propose the Statutes to be made under section 42 to the Chancellor for his assent and they shall be valid only after the assent of the Chancellor is received and notified by the Vice-Chancellor.
