67. Application of these rules.
- These rules shall apply to all existing mining leases and quarry licences granted or renewed or period of which have been extended, short term permit, permit, royalty collection contract, excess royalty collection contract with or without collection of permit fee or other charges, granted before the commencement of these rules.
