Section 461(2) in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
(2)If such erection or re-erection or execution of work is not stopped forthwith, the Commissioner may direct that any person directing or carrying on such erection or re-erection or execution of work shall be removed from such premises by any police officer and may cause such steps to be taken as he may consider necessary to prevent the reentry of such person on the premises without his permission.
