Section 90(1) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(1)The Kshettra Panchayat may, by resolution, out of the members of the [Vitta Evam Vikas Samiti, Shiksha Samiti or Samata Samiti] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.], constitute one or more than one sub-Committee and assign to it such of the functions of the [Vitta Evam Vikas Samiti, Shiksha Samiti or Samata Samiti] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.], as the case may be, as it thinks fit.
