Section 16(1) in The Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Act, 2004
(1)The Comptroller shall be a whole-time officer of the University appointed by the Vice Chancellor on the basis of the selection by the Board from out of a panel of three names recommended by the State Government.
