Section 49 in The M.P. Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1968
49. Surrender of certificate.
- When an enquiry is being conducted under Rule 48, the holder of such certificate shall on demand by the officer charged with the enquiry forthwith surrender his certificate to the said officer pending the result of such enquiry.
