Section 25E(1) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
(1)When an animal is declared for destruction with an offer of reward, adequate and satisfactory proof should be produced to the effect that the animal killed is the animal declared and the locality should be watched for three months for any recurrence of the animal's depredation or for its re-appearance before it is actually decided to pay the reward declared.
