46. Amendment of the Kalyani University Act, 1960 (West Ben. Act 13 of 1960). -
The Kalyani University Act, 1960, shall, with effect from the appointed day, stand amended to the extent and in the manner specified in the [Schedule II] [Word and figures Substituted by W. B. Act 4 of 1977.].
