Section 50(2)(a) in M.P. Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017

(a)The Commissioner/Director Social Justice and disability Welfare shall issue an advertisement inviting the applications for appointment on the post of Commissioner, disability. The advertisement shall be published in two daily newspapers of National and State Level of which at least one should be published in English newspaper.
