Section 44 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Irrigation Act, 1973
44. Revision by Government.
- The Government may call for and examine the record of any inquiry under section 41 or of the proceedings in appeal under section 43 for the purpose of satisfying itself of the legality or regularity of such inquiry or proceedings and may modify or reverse the award or the decision of the Collector.
