Section 10(1) in The Commissioners Offices Ministerial Service Rules, 1980
(1)A candidate for direct recruitment to the post covered by the Subordinate Offices Ministerial Staff (Direct Recruitment) Rules, 1975 must be within the age-limit laid down in the said Rules.
