Judgment / Order 17/07/2018 Learned counsel Mr.D.S.Udawat has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent No.2. Service is, therefore, complete.

This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioners with a prayer for quashing of FIR No.118/2018 of Police Station Raipur, Pali.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report dated 5.7.2018 wherein, it is mentioned that the police after thorough investigation into the allegations levelled in the impugned FIR have concluded that the dispute between the (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1932/2018] petitioners and the complainant is purely of civil nature and, therefore, the police have proposed to file a negative final report in the matter.

In view of the fact that the police have proposed to file a negative final report in the matter, no further order is required to be passed in this criminal misc. petition.

Hence, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed. However, the complainant is free to avail appropriate remedy in case the police files a negative final report in the matter.

The factual report dated 5.7.2018 be taken on record.
